We want you to be completely delighted with your Rebecca Pitcher home goods; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
